Sales Director

    Location: Seoul Capital Area

    Contract Type: Permanent

    Salary: ₩100,000,000 – ₩150,000,000 per annum

    A company specializing in the research and development of automotive electronic components is seeking a Sales Director to lead strategic sales for both global and domestic automotive OEMs. We welcome applications from professionals with 10+ years of experience working at Tier 1 companies in automotive electronics components and modules.


    Responsibilities:

    • Lead strategic sales to global and domestic OEMs/Tier 1 clients
    • Identify new business opportunities and lead acquisition of large-scale projects
    • Collaborate with domestic and overseas subsidiaries to develop and execute global sales strategies
    • Build and maintain long-term partnerships with key clients
    • Manage sales strategies, forecasts, and pipeline to achieve revenue targets
    • Collaborate with product/technology teams to reflect customer requirements and support proposal writing
    • Analyze global market and competitor trends to establish effective sales strategies

    Requirements:

    • 10+ years of experience at a Tier 1 company in automotive electronic components/modules
    • Proven sales experience with global OEMs (required)
    • Bachelor’s degree or higher (any major)
    • Fluent in English (capable of meetings and negotiations with native speakers)
    • Preferred: 20+ years of experience
    • Preferred: Sales experience in infotainment products (wireless charging, USB, HMI, etc.)
    • Preferred: Prior experience as Head of Sales at a global Tier 1 or automotive electronics supplier
