A global consumer goods company is searching for a Jr. Accountant. The chosen applicant will be managing daily financial transactions, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and supporting month-end closing activities.
Responsibilities:
- Enter daily bank receipts and monitor customer deposit transactions in the ERP to ensure accurate and clean account balances
- Prepare and submit daily bank reports for group-level reporting
- Coordinate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to support smooth operations
- Input payment vouchers accurately, verifying payment details and supporting documentation
- Manage reimbursement claims, ensuring claimed amounts are supported with proper documentation
- Support daily financial operations and month-end closing activities
- Provide general administrative assistance to the finance team
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in business, finance, or accounting
- More than 2 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Experience in the FMCG or consumer goods industry is a plus
- Familiarity with ERP systems, especially Oracle, is preferred
- Intermediate level written and verbal English
