A global chemical company is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead and maintain new business development. We welcome applications from professionals with 10+ years of experience in water treatment and technical sales.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain new business opportunities through collaboration with relevant departments
- Achieve sales performance by engaging with existing customers and developing new potential clients
- Build and strengthen relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Manage assigned account pipelines
- Establish and execute strategic sales plans
- Respond to incoming inquiries and potential opportunities, securing new sales contracts
- Build trust with existing and prospective clients using industry knowledge and sales expertise
- Support executives in strategic decision-making and provide accurate sales forecasts
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to secure new business contracts
- Ensure smooth handover of new clients to the sales team for post-sales support
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in water treatment and technical sales
- Sales experience with major domestic semiconductor manufacturers or in water treatment-related companies
- Experience in communication and negotiation with senior executives at client companies
- Knowledge and experience in a consulting-based sales approach
- Business-level English communication skills
- Understanding and experience in the MicroE (microelectronics) industry
- Valid driver’s license
- Preferred: background in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field
- Preferred: understanding of water treatment processes and chemicals
