Business Development Manager

    Salary: ₩80,000,000 – ₩120,000,000 per year

    A global chemical company is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead and maintain new business development. We welcome applications from professionals with 10+ years of experience in water treatment and technical sales.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain new business opportunities through collaboration with relevant departments
    • Achieve sales performance by engaging with existing customers and developing new potential clients
    • Build and strengthen relationships with clients and key stakeholders
    • Manage assigned account pipelines
    • Establish and execute strategic sales plans
    • Respond to incoming inquiries and potential opportunities, securing new sales contracts
    • Build trust with existing and prospective clients using industry knowledge and sales expertise
    • Support executives in strategic decision-making and provide accurate sales forecasts
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to secure new business contracts
    • Ensure smooth handover of new clients to the sales team for post-sales support

    Requirements:

    • 10+ years of experience in water treatment and technical sales
    • Sales experience with major domestic semiconductor manufacturers or in water treatment-related companies
    • Experience in communication and negotiation with senior executives at client companies
    • Knowledge and experience in a consulting-based sales approach
    • Business-level English communication skills
    • Understanding and experience in the MicroE (microelectronics) industry
    • Valid driver’s license
    • Preferred: background in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field
    • Preferred: understanding of water treatment processes and chemicals
