A digital asset custody company is seeking a Business Strategy & Planning Manager to take charge of establishing and executing business strategies and supporting corporate planning. We welcome applications from professionals with 5+ years of experience in strategy planning, consulting, investment, finance, or startups.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the CEO to establish and execute business strategy and corporate planning.
- Attend meetings and communicate with key investors, partners, and clients.
- Analyze domestic and international digital asset/financial market trends and provide strategic insights.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and lead external meetings to support sales and business development activities.
- Manage internal management issues and new projects.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in strategy planning, consulting, investment, finance, or startups.
- Strong English communication skills to collaborate with overseas investors/partners.
- Excellent presentation and flexible problem-solving skills.
- Preferred:
- Experience in financial institutions, fintech, blockchain/digital asset industries.
- Experience in global projects.
- Experience in business development or fundraising.
- Legal license (e.g., lawyer) or strong understanding of legal/regulatory environment.
