    A global medical device company providing healthcare solutions is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to handle product-related customer inquiries, consultations, and purchase guidance. We welcome applications from professionals with relevant experience.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide phone consultations and purchase guidance to customers regarding the company’s products
    • Respond to customer inquiries and explain product usage and management methods
    • Support customers through the ordering and payment process, and resolve delivery-related issues
    • Respond quickly to customer issues and propose effective solutions
    • Proactively ensure customer satisfaction and encourage continuous product use
    • Guarantee smooth order processing and customer support
    • Record customer interactions while ensuring compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations
    • Adapt flexibly to changing environments and utilize systems and tools to improve efficiency

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or call center
    • Excellent communication skills with a patient-focused mindset
    • Ability to quickly adapt to changing work environments, processes, and strategies
    • System-oriented mindset ensuring consistency and quality through use of processes and tools
    • Korean language proficiency required; basic English communication skills preferred
