A global medical device company providing healthcare solutions is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to handle product-related customer inquiries, consultations, and purchase guidance. We welcome applications from professionals with relevant experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide phone consultations and purchase guidance to customers regarding the company’s products
- Respond to customer inquiries and explain product usage and management methods
- Support customers through the ordering and payment process, and resolve delivery-related issues
- Respond quickly to customer issues and propose effective solutions
- Proactively ensure customer satisfaction and encourage continuous product use
- Guarantee smooth order processing and customer support
- Record customer interactions while ensuring compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations
- Adapt flexibly to changing environments and utilize systems and tools to improve efficiency
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or call center
- Excellent communication skills with a patient-focused mindset
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing work environments, processes, and strategies
- System-oriented mindset ensuring consistency and quality through use of processes and tools
- Korean language proficiency required; basic English communication skills preferred
