A foreign chemical company is looking for a Flavour Sales Manager. The chosen applicant will drive sales growth in the flavour sector by managing key client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed annual sales targets by identifying and seizing new business opportunities in the flavour sector
- Build and nurture long-term strategic relationships with key clients in the Korean market to ensure high customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities to expand the client base and increase market share in the food and beverage industry
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including R&D, marketing, supply chain and quality to develop and launch innovative product offerings while ensuring on-time delivery and product quality
- Maintain a strong understanding of client needs, products, and market trends to tailor solutions and strategies for target accounts
- Support the implementation of environmental policies and practices and promote continuous improvement in line with sustainability goals
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in food engineering, business, or a related field
- More than 5 years of sales experience
- Strong background in flavour sales or technical product development in the food ingredients sector
- In-depth understanding of flavours or food ingredients and their applications within the food and beverage industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to present, influence, and build rapport at all organisational levels
- Proficient in Korean and English
