Global Content Marketing

    Salary: ₩80,000,000 – ₩100,000,000 per annum

    A foreign cosmetic company is searching for a Global Content Marketing role. The chosen candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a content strategy aligned with brand goals and audience insights.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop, implement, and manage the overall content marketing strategy aligned with brand goals, marketing objectives, and target audience personas
    • Create and maintain a comprehensive, multi-channel content calendar (TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.)
    • Conceptualise, write, edit, and proofread high-quality, engaging content for social media platforms, including captions, story scripts, and concept briefs
    • Script and develop video content for tutorials, product launches, brand films, and influencer collaborations
    • Collaborate with the Global Creative Team to oversee the production of visually compelling assets that align with written content
    • Manage day-to-day content planning, scheduling, publishing, and community engagement across key social media platforms
    • Foster audience engagement by responding to comments and messages in a timely, authentic, and brand-appropriate way
    • Partner with internal teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and campaign alignment

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree or above in marketing, communications, journalism, English, or a related field
    • More than 3 years of proven experience in content marketing, copywriting, or social media management (beauty, cosmetics, wellness, or fashion industry is desirable)
    • Experience in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, Facebook) and best practices for content creation and community management within beauty
    • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong portfolio showcasing
      diverse content formats (blog posts, social captions, email, video scripts)
    • Deep understanding of the beauty industry landscape, current trends, ingredients, and consumer behaviours
    • Experience shooting and editing short-form video content (especially for TikTok/Reels) is preferred
    • Experience with influencer marketing campaign content coordination is preferred
    • Experience with User-Generated Content (UGC) campaigns is preferred
