Head of Sales

    Salary: ₩50,000,000 – ₩100,000,000 per annum

    A Head of Sales role is now open in a foreign manufacturing company. The selected candidate will lead the sales organisation to drive business growth, strengthen customer relationships, and achieve strategic goals.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage, coach, and support all Key Account Managers to achieve sales targets and strengthen team performance
    • Build and maintain high-level relationships with key decision-makers, including C-suite, engineering, procurement, and operations leaders
    • Establish and manage relationships across all levels of customer organisations, including board-level interactions and strategic partnerships
    • Lead strategic direction and governance of key accounts to align with customer roadmaps, technology needs, and investment strategies
    • Oversee development of tailored value propositions and ensure customer success through proactive engagement
    • Identify and execute global growth opportunities across multiple revenue streams, including new business areas
    • Provide strategic leadership to ensure alignment of internal KAM activities with customer strategies and market dynamics
    • Drive revenue growth across semiconductor and display segments through business expansion, cross-selling, and up-selling
    • Oversee sales performance, ensuring accountability, continuous improvement, and a high-performance culture through reviews and pipeline management
    • Lead market intelligence initiatives to understand customer needs and identify emerging opportunities for business development

    Requirements:

    • More than 15 years of experience in strategic account management and leadership roles, particularly in semiconductor and display technology sectors
    • Strong business acumen with the ability to drive growth through strategic relationships and long-term account management
    • Deep understanding of the semiconductor and display industries, including market trends, technological advancements, and competitive landscape
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
    • Familiarity with the product development lifecycle
    • Ability to grasp complex technical products and solutions
    • Proficient in Korean and English
