A multinational luxury jewellery brand is searching for an HR Manager. The chosen applicant will lead strategic HR initiatives and ensure compliance and operational efficiency across all HR functions.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with management to support and implement an organisational structure aligned with business needs
- Drive initiatives that promote organisational values and foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture
- Lead ongoing collection and analysis of employee feedback through pulse surveys and translate insights into targeted engagement actions
- Design and implement learning and development programs aligned with organisational goals and business initiatives
- Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities in compensation and benefits; propose action plans to maintain competitiveness
- Lead initiatives to optimise HR systems, automate key processes, and drive effective policy communication and enforcement
- Maintain and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labour laws and company standards
- Leverage HR analytics and data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in human resources or related (Master’s is preferred)
- More than 15 years of progressive HR experience
- More than 5 years of experience in a managerial role
- Experience in retail, FMCG, or other fast-paced industries is preferred
- Exposure to unionised environments is advantageous
- Expertise in HR service delivery and employee support
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with HRIS platforms
