A global biotechnology company is seeking a Legal Counsel to oversee in-house legal affairs. We welcome applications from professionals with 5+ years of experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal review and advice on business matters including licensing, joint ventures, and M&A.
- Draft and review domestic and international legal documents such as contracts.
- Advise on transactions specific to the biotech industry, including IP, R&D, CMO, and CRO.
- Manage and respond to domestic and international disputes and litigation.
- Oversee compliance with various regulations applicable to listed companies.
- Manage external law firm advisory services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Minimum 5 years of experience.
- Strong English skills, capable of drafting and reviewing legal documents.
- No restrictions on overseas business travel.
- Licensed attorney (domestic or international, including law school graduates) preferred.
- In-house legal experience at a listed company preferred.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry preferred.
