People Team Lead

    Salary: ₩70,000,000 – ₩100,000,000 per year

    A digital marketing solutions company is recruiting a People Team Lead who will be responsible for designing and advancing evaluation and compensation systems. We welcome applications from professionals with 8+ years of experience in HR policy planning and operations.

    Responsibilities:

    • Design and enhance performance evaluation and compensation systems
    • Systematize company-wide end-to-end HR processes
    • Enhance organizational culture and employee experience
    • Establish HR strategies and manage HR-related risks

    Requirements:

    • 8+ years of experience in HR planning and operations
    • 2+ years of people management experience
    • Understanding and hands-on experience across all HR areas (performance/compensation, organizational culture, recruitment, etc.)
    • HR experience in startups or fast-growing organizations
    • Proven track record of collaborating with leadership, including C-Level, to develop organizational growth strategies
    • Strong communication and persuasive skills with diverse stakeholders
    • Flexible adaptability to change and execution with a problem-solving mindset
    • Preferred: experience using ATS and HR systems (e.g., Ninehire, Lemonbase)
    • Preferred: experience using groupware systems (e.g., Douzone Amaranth)
    • Preferred: practical experience in asset management and general affairs
    • Preferred: interest or understanding of tech-based industries (startups, IT, AI, etc.)
