A digital marketing solutions company is recruiting a People Team Lead who will be responsible for designing and advancing evaluation and compensation systems. We welcome applications from professionals with 8+ years of experience in HR policy planning and operations.
Responsibilities:
- Design and enhance performance evaluation and compensation systems
- Systematize company-wide end-to-end HR processes
- Enhance organizational culture and employee experience
- Establish HR strategies and manage HR-related risks
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in HR planning and operations
- 2+ years of people management experience
- Understanding and hands-on experience across all HR areas (performance/compensation, organizational culture, recruitment, etc.)
- HR experience in startups or fast-growing organizations
- Proven track record of collaborating with leadership, including C-Level, to develop organizational growth strategies
- Strong communication and persuasive skills with diverse stakeholders
- Flexible adaptability to change and execution with a problem-solving mindset
- Preferred: experience using ATS and HR systems (e.g., Ninehire, Lemonbase)
- Preferred: experience using groupware systems (e.g., Douzone Amaranth)
- Preferred: practical experience in asset management and general affairs
- Preferred: interest or understanding of tech-based industries (startups, IT, AI, etc.)
