We are looking for a Project Manager who will oversee PoC (Proof of Concept) and Data Collection project planning. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of project management experience in the B2B technology sector.
Responsibilities:
- Lead full project planning of PoC and Data Collection projects (objectives, schedules, budgets, scope).
- Support the selection and contracting of SI (System Integration) partners to achieve project goals.
- Manage SI partners and collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Oversee project progress, budget, deliverables quality, identify risks, and establish solutions.
- Communicate and provide regular reporting to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Support government R&D projects, technical demonstrations, and promotional activities.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of project management experience in B2B tech fields (AI, robotics, automation, SaaS, etc.).
- Experience in at least one of the following:
- Project management for robot system installation/commissioning at a robot manufacturer.
- Executing customer-facing system integration projects at an SI company.
- Leading and successfully completing complex tech-based B2B projects.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with large enterprise clients or external partners on technical subjects.
- Preferred:
- Experience managing AI, machine learning, robotics, or factory automation projects.
- Experience managing automation projects for large enterprise clients.
- Experience with Japanese enterprise clients and business-level Japanese communication.
