An international medical device manufacturer is searching for a Sales Representative – Uro. The selected candidate will drive product sales and therapy adoption through customer engagement, clinical support, and execution of sales strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Sell products by scheduling sales calls with current and potential customers to fulfil revenue and unit growth objectives on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis
- Develop and implement sales strategies by assessing factors such as product, competition, and pricing to promote the company’s products effectively
- Proactively cultivate a customer base, continuously prospect for new customers, act on leads, and introduce and position products and services persuasively
- Drive sales revenue to achieve territory priorities
- Implement therapy development strategy and activities using clinical knowledge and selling skills
- Observe procedures in operating rooms to gain insights into the practices of physicians and lab staff
- Provide ongoing clinical education and serve as a primary resource for clinical support, troubleshooting, and programming
- Respond to customer needs and complaints by developing feasible solutions or coordinating with relevant teams such as clinical research, pricing, or marketing
Requirements:
- 1-5 years of experience in urology, surgical devices, capital equipment, pharma, or other relevant medical areas is preferred
- Business management experience: direct sales & indirect sales or partnership-based selling models is advantageous
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficient in written and verbal English
