An equipment manufacturer is looking for a Sales Account Manager. The selected candidate will be in charge of building strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Manage key account business and develop new customer business in the Asia region
- Plan strategic business initiatives by fostering positive relationships with customers
- Create and track sales account targets with mid- and long-term forecasts
- Monitor sales metrics, including quarterly, bi-annual, annual, and multi-year forecasts and revenue plans
- Resolve conflicts and provide timely solutions to customers as the main point of contact, collaborating with internal departments for support
- Report on account status and business performance
- Supervise representatives and partners, aligning efforts to achieve company growth
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronics or Semiconductor Process-related
- More than 3 years of sales experience in Semiconductor Process Equipment
- Prior sales experience with customers in Taiwan and China is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficient in written and verbal Korean and English (Chinese is a plus)
