A company specializing in the research and development of automotive electronic components is seeking a Sales Director to lead strategic sales for both global and domestic automotive OEMs. We welcome applications from professionals with 10+ years of experience working at Tier 1 companies in automotive electronics components and modules.
Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic sales to global and domestic OEMs/Tier 1 clients
- Identify new business opportunities and lead acquisition of large-scale projects
- Collaborate with domestic and overseas subsidiaries to develop and execute global sales strategies
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships with key clients
- Manage sales strategies, forecasts, and pipeline to achieve revenue targets
- Collaborate with product/technology teams to reflect customer requirements and support proposal writing
- Analyze global market and competitor trends to establish effective sales strategies
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience at a Tier 1 company in automotive electronic components/modules
- Proven sales experience with global OEMs (required)
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (any major)
- Fluent in English (capable of meetings and negotiations with native speakers)
- Preferred: 20+ years of experience
- Preferred: Sales experience in infotainment products (wireless charging, USB, HMI, etc.)
- Preferred: Prior experience as Head of Sales at a global Tier 1 or automotive electronics supplier
