A tech company is searching for a Sales Director. The chosen applicant will drive revenue by managing the full sales cycle, securing new business, building partnerships, and exceeding targets through strategic planning and market insight.
Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across key verticals such as healthcare, smart cities, energy, and manufacturing
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on customer needs and feedback
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships to drive go-to-market initiatives, co-selling opportunities, and long-term revenue growth, with a focus on driving revenue through SI channels
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with customer executives and technical teams
- Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting of pipeline and key activities using CRM
- Stay informed on the competitive landscape and customer trends in Korea
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering, computer science, business administration, or related field
- More than 15 years of enterprise software sales experience, preferably in AI, IoT, or real-time systems
- Skilled in value-based, consultative, and multi-stakeholder sales processes
- Strong network with decision-makers or partners in South Korea
- Experience with complex platforms is preferred
- Experience in healthcare, smart cities, public safety, energy & utilities, manufacturing & logistics, or defence & government is preferred
