Sales Manager

    Location: Seoul Capital Area

    Contract Type: Permanent

    Salary: ₩70,000,000 – ₩90,000,000 per annum

    A Sales Manager role is now open in a global manufacturing company. The chosen applicant will drive revenue growth by analysing trends, mitigating risks, and developing technology-driven sales opportunities.

    Responsibilities:

    • Apply a strategic approach to sustain SVC revenue growth by analysing customer business trends and managing risks through long-term forecasting
    • Develop and align customer-specific value propositions based on technology needs to drive VAP sales opportunities
    • Collaborate with customer service teams, business lines, and corporate strategy
    • Align insights across multiple regions, assess their impact on the company’s long-term strategy, and report findings to HQ
    • Develop and align competition analysis and competitiveness positioning strategy

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering is preferred
    • More than 7 years of sales or support experience in the semiconductor or display industry
    • Experience in the photomask area business is strongly preferred
    • Experience of service contract in After Market sales is desirable
    • Proficient in MS Office
    • Advanced negotiation skills with a focus on value-based outcomes
    • Skilled in stakeholder management and influencing across levels
    • Fluent written and verbal English
