Sales & Service Lead

    Salary: ₩45,000,000 – ₩70,000,000 per year

    Location: Seoul Capital Area

    A foreign apparel retailer is looking for a Sales & Services Lead. The chosen applicant will be in charge of delivering an exceptional guest experience, driving sales initiatives, and ensuring effective floor coverage.

    Responsibilities:

    • Investigate and root cause sales opportunities, partnering with the General Manager to escalate process or system gaps
    • Oversee the Sales & Service team to deliver exceptional guest experiences through technical product education and coaching
    • Ensure effective sales floor coverage by developing workforce solutions and leading selling initiatives
    • Partner with the General Manager to build and implement the Sales & Service strategy for the store
    • Review and monitor budget, reporting, and metrics to inform planning processes
    • Lead a team through accountability, continuous coaching, talent development, and effective communication across teams
    • Establish internal and external talent pipelines through succession planning and recruitment strategies
    • Write schedules that prioritise business needs in partnership with the General Manager or Store Manager
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with business partners to support organisational goals while maintaining brand culture

    Requirements:

    • 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience
    • Knowledge of MS Office
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
