A foreign apparel retailer is looking for a Sales & Services Lead. The chosen applicant will be in charge of delivering an exceptional guest experience, driving sales initiatives, and ensuring effective floor coverage.
Responsibilities:
- Investigate and root cause sales opportunities, partnering with the General Manager to escalate process or system gaps
- Oversee the Sales & Service team to deliver exceptional guest experiences through technical product education and coaching
- Ensure effective sales floor coverage by developing workforce solutions and leading selling initiatives
- Partner with the General Manager to build and implement the Sales & Service strategy for the store
- Review and monitor budget, reporting, and metrics to inform planning processes
- Lead a team through accountability, continuous coaching, talent development, and effective communication across teams
- Establish internal and external talent pipelines through succession planning and recruitment strategies
- Write schedules that prioritise business needs in partnership with the General Manager or Store Manager
- Collaborate cross-functionally with business partners to support organisational goals while maintaining brand culture
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
