Salary: ₩60,000,000 – ₩90,000,000 per annum
A foreign technology company is searching for a Segment Manager (Sales). The chosen applicant will be in charge of driving revenue growth, managing key accounts, leading distributor activities, and identifying new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets through account planning and distributor coordination
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities and maintain accurate SFDC pipeline management
- Build strong customer relationships and proactively manage key accounts, including cross-selling
- Lead distributor sales teams, strengthen collaboration, and ensure effective execution of sales activities
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and forecasts, including Green Book and Black Book
- Support exhibitions, roadshows, and technical seminars with distributors
- Resolve product quality issues in cooperation with technical support and PLM
- Provide market, customer, and application training to new employees or sales staff
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Life Science
- More than 5 years of relevant industry experience
- Strong knowledge of the Life Science industry, market trends, and product applications
- Ability to manage key accounts, identify new opportunities, and work effectively with
distributors - Strong forecasting, reporting, and customer relationship-building skills
- Fluent level written and verbal English
