Head of Sales

    Salary: ₩130,000,000 – ₩150,000,000 per annum

    A global sealing solutions company is searching for a Head of Sales. The chosen applicant will be in charge of driving revenue growth through sales strategy, team leadership, client management, and market analysis.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for Pharmerging regions
    • Identify growth opportunities in the parenteral packaging market, including new business, partnerships, and expansion
    • Establish and drive revenue goals aligned with company objectives
    • Lead, mentor, and manage regional sales teams to ensure performance and growth
    • Provide training, coaching, and support to sales managers and representatives
    • Foster a collaborative and high-performance sales culture
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, industry leaders, and stakeholders
    • Serve as primary contact for key accounts and negotiate high-value deals
    • Monitor and analyse market trends, competition, and customer needs
    • Stay updated on regulatory changes, market dynamics, and emerging technologies
    • Provide insights and updates to senior leadership on market conditions and performance
    • Develop sales forecasts and track performance metrics to achieve regional targets
    • Prepare and present sales reports and performance reviews to senior leadership
    • Manage and optimise the sales budget to ensure efficient resource allocation

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, pharmaceutical sciences, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree is a plus)
    • 5-7 years of experience in sales leadership roles (pharmaceutical packaging industry is ideal)
    • Experience managing and leading cross-cultural, geographically diverse teams
    • Proven track record of driving sales growth in emerging markets, particularly in the
      Pharmerging regions
    • Strong network within the pharmaceutical and packaging industries in emerging markets
    • Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical packaging industry, customer needs, and
      market dynamics
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
    • Ability and willingness to travel
    • Fluent level English; other languages are a plus
