Customer Care Centre Manager

    Contract Type: Permanent

    Salary: Up to ₩60,000,000 per annum

    A renowned leisure destination is looking for a Customer Care Centre Manager. The selected applicant will oversee operations, ensuring excellent service delivery, efficient complaint resolution, and smooth coordination.

    Responsibilities:

    • Adhere to the Customer Care Centre Standard Operating Procedure aligned with company standards
    • Maintain a high level of service attitude to all internal and external customers in every aspect
    • Ensure customer complaints and inquiries are handled courteously and efficiently with satisfactory resolution
    • Train and supervise the team to identify sales opportunities and proactively maximise revenue
    • Ensure the team follows service standards to deliver top-quality service to guests
    • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure seamless operations for packages, promotions, and events
    • Monitor and assist with individual and group reservations, casino room blocks, and other reservation-related matters
    • Adhere to company credit policies to secure expected revenue collection
    • Ensure all team members are updated on resort product knowledge, promotions, and policy changes through proper communication channels
    • Continuously review agent productivity and recommend procedural or system improvements when necessary

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree or above in hospitality, marketing, business, or other related fields preferred
    • More than 5 years of professional experience in an Integrated Resort or 5-star hotels
    • Experience in Resort or Casino Campaign and Event Management is highly desirable
    • General knowledge of hotel reservations, guest service, and contact centre software platforms is a plus
    • Experience in the Gaming & Hospitality industry is highly advantageous
    • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Ability and willingness to travel
    • Proficient in written and verbal Korean and English (Japanese and Chinese are advantageous)
