Salary: ₩40,000,000 – ₩50,000,000 per annum
A global industrial automation firm is looking for a Jr. Accountant. The chosen applicant will be responsible for supporting accounting operations, ensuring data accuracy, compliance with policies, and timely reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Guarantee data integrity and correctness of accountancy (General Ledger AP, AR, fixed assets)
- Guarantee support in the implementation and control of T&E policy expenses
- Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing process with internal and external service providers
- Support the activities for the statutory Financial Statements and statutory audits
- Provide support for Income Tax return to tax advisors
- Perform account reconciliations for the company
- Ensure that appropriate policies, procedures, systems, and internal controls are properly implemented and maintained, and support internal and corporate audits
- Support to keep SOX procedures and FCPA policies implemented and updated
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in business administration or accounting
- More than 3 years of successful and demonstrable experience as an accountant
- Cost accounting experience
- Experience with ERP system
- Knowledge of US GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley
- Solid knowledge of Korean local accounting principles, statutory requirements, and tax laws
- Fluent level English
