Key Account Manager

    Location: Seoul Capital Area

    Contract Type: Permanent

    Salary: ₩70,000,000 – ₩100,000,000 per annum

    An international food company is searching for a Key Account Manager. The chosen applicant will be responsible for managing key customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and driving business growth.

    Responsibilities:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers across R&D, Marketing, QC/QA, and Procurement
    • Achieve sales goals through proactive and reactive customer engagement, such as marketing seminars and technical sessions
    • Define and execute business plans for responsible accounts to drive growth
    • Handle distributors and support their sales activities with presentations and training
    • Develop and implement short- and long-term sales plans and goals
    • Provide accurate sales forecasts to relevant internal departments
    • Lead and drive project processes, coordinating with cross-functional teams for efficiency
    • Explore and develop new customers and business opportunities with company products
    • Conduct market analysis to understand competitors, products, and strategies

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree or above
    • More than 7 years of relevant working experience in the food industry – packaged food
    • Experienced in budgeting and strategic account planning
    • Experience in MS Office
    • Possess relevant scientific knowledge (food science, chemical engineering, nutrition, regulatory)
    • Strong negotiation and communication skills
    • Proficient in English
