Marketing Director

    Location: Seoul Capital Area

    Salary: ₩90,000,000 – ₩120,000,000 per annum

    A foreign medical device company is looking for a Marketing Director. The chosen applicant will drive overall marketing strategy and execution for flagship aesthetics products, strengthening brand growth and consumer engagement.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead consumer marketing and brand strategy to build awareness, preference, and patient demand
    • Develop and execute multi-channel DTC campaigns integrating traditional, digital, and influencer platforms
    • Build consumer insights and analytics frameworks for segmentation, creative strategy, and ROI tracking
    • Translate market trends and consumer behaviour into effective marketing programs that drive growth
    • Oversee brand portfolio positioning to ensure consistency in storytelling and messaging
    • Ensure alignment between consumer and physician marketing strategies to boost treatment adoption
    • Lead HCP marketing initiatives, including education, scientific engagement, and KOL partnerships
    • Manage channel marketing programs linking consumer interest to clinical conversion
    • Collaborate with Global HQ and regional teams for product launches and brand campaigns
    • Adapt global brand strategies for local market relevance and compliance
    • Provide local insights to shape global product and branding decisions
    • Lead data-driven digital transformation integrating paid, owned, and earned media
    • Drive CRM, performance marketing, and precision targeting with measurable ROI
    • Establish dashboards and reporting systems to monitor campaign performance and efficiency
    • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team
    • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and strategic agility
    • Partner with Sales and Medical Affairs teams to ensure cross-functional alignment and execution

    Requirements:

    • More than 15 years of progressive experience in consumer and healthcare marketing
    • More than 10 years in DTC brand leadership roles
    • More than 5 years at the Director-level managing cross-functional teams and working with global stakeholders
    • Proven success in leading large-scale consumer campaigns and driving measurable brand and sales growth
    • Experience managing multi-billion KRW brand portfolios and optimising marketing ROI
    • Deep understanding of Korean consumer behaviour, digital ecosystem, and healthcare advertising compliance
    • Ability to translate global brand strategy into powerful local storytelling
    • Strong in ROI discipline, digital marketing innovation, and cross-functional leadership
    • Comfortable influencing at global levels while executing with local precision
    • Bilingual level Korean and English

    Preferred requirements:

    • Experience in APAC and global markets
