A global medical device company is searching for a Sales Representative. The chosen candidate will be responsible for achieving sales goals, promoting product adoption, and building strong customer relationships within hospitals and clinics.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and gross profit goals
- Record sales activities in Salesforce.com
- Manage sales reporting and maintain an accurate rolling forecast
- Acquire and maintain strong product knowledge to effectively sell the company’s product portfolio
- Organise and lead training sessions for surgeons and hospital staff to promote product adoption
- Launch and promote new product lines within the territory
- Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and hospital purchasing contacts
- Identify new business opportunities by monitoring market trends and competitor activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in customer interactions
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 3-7 years of medical device sales experience
- At least three years of related clinical experience in a hospital setting may be considered
- Proficient with Internet, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and Salesforce.com
- Ability and willingness to travel
