A nonprofit organisation is searching for a Finance Manager. The chosen applicant will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, operations, compliance, and strategic financial support.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor financial plans and budgets aligned with organisational goals
- Oversee financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger
- Prepare and present accurate financial statements, management reports, and forecasts
- Manage cash flow, assess financial risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Act as the primary point of contact for audits and financial inquiries
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and standards
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management to inform strategic decisions
- Manage accounting documents for donation receipts, expense approvals, and expenditures
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
- Evaluate and improve financial systems and tools for efficiency and accuracy
- Implement internal controls and risk management procedures
- Develop and document financial policies and procedures
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of work experience in a relevant field
- Experience in non-profit organisations is preferred
- Proficient in accounting software
- Familiarity with financial reporting standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Korean and English
