Finance Manager

    Location: Seoul Capital Area

    Contract Type: Permanent

    Salary: ₩50,000,000 – ₩70,000,000 per annum

    A nonprofit organisation is searching for a Finance Manager. The chosen applicant will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, operations, compliance, and strategic financial support.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop, implement, and monitor financial plans and budgets aligned with organisational goals
    • Oversee financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger
    • Prepare and present accurate financial statements, management reports, and forecasts
    • Manage cash flow, assess financial risks, and implement mitigation strategies
    • Act as the primary point of contact for audits and financial inquiries
    • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and standards
    • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management to inform strategic decisions
    • Manage accounting documents for donation receipts, expense approvals, and expenditures
    • Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
    • Evaluate and improve financial systems and tools for efficiency and accuracy
    • Implement internal controls and risk management procedures
    • Develop and document financial policies and procedures

    Requirements:

    • 3-5 years of work experience in a relevant field
    • Experience in non-profit organisations is preferred
    • Proficient in accounting software
    • Familiarity with financial reporting standards
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficient in Korean and English
